What this table does not show
There is no province filter because it would not do anything. Every lender we currently collect publishes a single national rate table with no province selector, so all products below are advertised nationally and identical for every province. A province filter will appear here automatically if we ever collect a lender that restricts a product to certain provinces. This reflects what the lenders publish — it is not a promise that terms are identical everywhere, so confirm with the lender.
The lenders we collect publish one rate table that is not labelled by transaction type, so we record every product as a purchase and there is nothing to filter on. Renewal, switch and refinance rates are typically quoted individually rather than advertised publicly — ask the lender.
None of these lenders advertise cash back on their public mortgage rate pages, so the cash back column is empty. Cash-back mortgage offers, where they exist, are promoted separately.
